Einstieg Berlin – Your Guide to University, Training, and Careers
For more than 20 years, Einstieg Berlin has been one of the leading career and study orientation fairs in Berlin and Brandenburg. Over two days, it provides a comprehensive overview of the many opportunities available after leaving school.
Around 110 exhibitors – including companies, universities, gap year providers, and other career guidance organisations – offer information on degree programmes, vocational training, internships, international experiences, and a wide range of career paths.
In addition to personal conversations with exhibitors, interactive activities give visitors hands-on insights into different professions and industries. Themed walks make it easier to explore the fair and connect with exhibitors that match individual interests.
The Coaching Area focuses on questions about career planning, personal strengths, and future opportunities. A varied stage programme complements the event with talks and practical advice on topics such as internships, career orientation, and decision-making.
