For more than 25 years, the Institute for Talent Development has focused on career guidance and talent development. At the heart of this is the vocatium fair for education and study, which is designed as a high-quality out-of-school learning centre. Here, young people can experience careers advice in practice and have scheduled interviews with employers, universities and other institutions of interest. The IfT organises almost 90 fairs throughout Germany and supports young people on their way to becoming independent actors in a democratic society. A successful career choice is an important guarantee for a successful life.
